The Bulk Store wants you to be satisfied with your order. Because we sell food and consumable products, the following policy helps us keep every item safe and fresh.
Food Safety
For health and safety reasons, opened food items and perishable products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Unopened, Non-Perishable Items
Unopened, non-perishable items in their original, sellable condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
How to Request a Refund or Return
Email goodebag@att.net or call (734) 287-2855 with your order number and the reason for the request. Please do not ship items back before contacting us.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under the return terms above.
